My wife went to the shop alone and from out of town. Charged us $2000.00 and didn't fix the problem. They told us to come back to get it fixed. They said they pulled the tank to check the fuel pump trying to diagnose the problem. And charged another $150.00 and still didn't fix it. When she got back I crawled under to check. The threads on the bolt where full of dirt and oxidation. They neverpulled the tank
Unhelpful with a 16k cash in hand deal and unwilling to return phone calls as they promised. I’ll take my business where it’s appreciated
Didn’t honor internet pricing. Bait and switch tactics. BeWare. Dishonest dealership management
I’ve had to bring my car in multiple times over the past few years because something continues to drain the battery. The battery is replaced but the cause has not been addressed. It is not in common to have to wait a month or more for parts. It’s aggravating On a good note, they are nice people,
I would give zero stars but that wasn't an option. My Daughter bought a new Jeep here about a year ago. It was in for a service on Tuesday. The service department told her that there was something wrong with it. They kept the vehicle overnight, and today they still don't know what is wrong, but said she can't have it or a replacement, because they have not gotten a diagnostic report. Now I told her I would go with her to get it and take it someplace else. They said she can't because the have it all apart and would need to put it back together first. What kind of dealer service would tear apart a nearly new vehicle that that have no idea what is wrong with it. I had a new Durango that did the same thing, a few years ago. It was one of the two batteries. I had tripple A come to the house and change the battery it worked just fine after that. My wife has a Chrysler Pacifica, same thing last year. She took it to another dealership, they replaced both batteries and she was on her way in 20 minutes.Does the motor and transmission need replaced or is the service staff that incompetent? Sincerely John Olin
Was not happy with the sevice or communication.
Calling this place is a waiste of time. no one answers in any dept or calls you back. And the only lady who does answer cannot leave her desk to get me a live person on the phone. And when I try to ask how to get someone on the phone the lady was no help. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen.
BUYER BEWARE! FEES FEES FEES! This dealership charges about 10% of advertised price in fees NOT including your tax, registration & title fees. Looked at a $21K vehicle but was actually $25 on the paperwork. Bait and switch. Watch the numbers!
Horrible experience. I called got a quote on an oil change, was told a price and I let them know I received a coupon in the mail and they confirmed I could use it. I get there for my appointment, give them my coupon, the lady proceeds to tell me my total and I confirm I’m okay with that. An hour later my car is ready and I go to pay my bill and it’s 3 times the amount she told me. I will never ever be back here again. I argued and got my bill down $20 but I will never be back here again. Very unprofessional to sit there and argue with me about a mistake that was made on their end and then to not honor the price that was told to me TWICE!
Went in for oil change and tire rotation. I was told the rotation would not happen and I was okay with the reason but when I left I found that the low air light was still on. Makes me wonder what else wasn't done.
Got home after an oil change, got an alert for low oil pressure. Oil in the driveway, on engind. Called back, and was told we would have to pay to tow it back. Not happy!
Poor customer service and sales tactics. Interested in trading my vehicle in which is in great equity position. Sales rep looked at my wife and I and immediately took us to used cars that were older and cost more then what we were trading in. My wife bout their oil change package that gives you 2 oil changes. We do this each time, and get both vehicles serviced. For some reason this time the service rep refused to pull up account and just said “it has to be the same vehicle” this is the only reason we do it this way and i explained it. He then said “I don’t make the rules” we will never uses Thunder service again and will certainly never purchase a vehicle from them.
I'm giving a low rating because I ask my advisor to explained the parts for the service made to my truck, second advisor tone came off to me That it was taking time out of is day to answer the question. Second thing the oil information panel was not reset to show that oil change had occurred and allow to track mileage for next oil change. I've been a loyal customer and used the service department for my truck, but pricing has risen above the local repair shops, this makes me now to shop around or do the work myself. The advisor and the young lady that worked with getting the truck service where Great, the other advisor needs some people skills.
I don't know why I keep bringing my car to this dealership, nothing ever gets resolved. I have brought my car in on several different occasions and every time I end up owing a crazy amount of money for stuff I didn't even bring the car in for. Fortunately I purchased and extended warranty program or I would keep getting screwed. I dropped my car off on June 29th and explained that I heard a rattling when I turn on my A/C, and I wanted a tire rotation. Some how that also turned into my back brakes needing to be changed which I just changed 2 moths ago and my rear bearings needing replacing as well. Again thank GOD for my extended warranty because I was looking at upwards of $2500 maybe more because as expected there was an issue with my pulleys and serpentine belt. So I get the car back today and guess what the same rattling sound. AWESOME! My question is what was done for the week in was in the shop? I will sacrifice the drive to take my car somewhere better. This is just my experience I would definitely read reviews before taking your vehicle in.
Purchased this Dodge Laramie Truck back in Novemeber. Nothing but problems since then. The Back window wasn’t going back up, it would get stuck since the very first day. The truck would also make a rattle noise when it was being driven .. turns out there was a problem with the motor. They were arguing there wasn’t any warranty which there is . They decided to finally “fix it” .It was in the shop for 4 months. That is ridiculous. I got the truck back in a worse situation than what it already was. They let water get inside. The truck was dirty. It’s been about a month that I received the truck back , I have been holding off on speaking on the situation but this isn’t right . I have wasted my time and money. PLEASE GO INVEST YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
