So, I purchased a truck from them a few months ago and have had zero issues. Totally love finally having a Hemi. However, last Wednesday I went to remote start the truck and it just cranked but wouldn't start. I went to it and tried it with the button, still nothing. Google research said to check codes(I've never had one on it from day one, still none came up this time either, i have my own code reader). I then took off the negative cable and let it sit 45 minutes, still no start. Thursday I'm at wits end and have to go back to work on Friday, so I have it towed to the dealership late that day. Edwin was my assigned service guy. Turns out their mechanic noticed that my floor mat was resting on the accelerator pedal.... He removed it, the truck fired right up and ran completely normal. They tested it and consistently started, nothing else found. Here's the clincher, I washed the truck on Wednesday ,pulled the floor mats out to clean them, and never realized one edge was on the pedal. Embarrassed, relieved, and thoroughly humbled. Here's what you actually care about and came here to read, no charge!! Let me say that again, NO CHARGE!! Edwin was amazing, communicated clearly, professionally ,and was patient with my anxiety. I picked my truck up ,cranked it up, and away we went. Here's why it matters, when's the last time a dealership just did right by you after you bought a vehicle from them? When have you ever had one not treat you like a number? I'll wait.... That's why you should give these guys a shot at your business, you matter to them. When you go, ask Sarge/Edwin about the floor mat guy and watch them both start grinning, that'll tell you all you need to know about how genuine they are and just plain good people.

Though we didn’t not reach a deal (to no fault of the dealership), Tim was responsive, attentive and always provided timely information. There are some add-on fees, but they are willing to take many of them off at your request.

Outstanding service by Jason Leontitsis!!! He went over and above the service I expected. I pulled up to service to inquire about a broken antenna. Jason took one look at the antenna, got his tools and extracted the broken piece that was hindering an easy replacement. He then informed me to get the new antenna and he would install it for me, which he did. The whole process was completed in less than 45 mins. I have to say that was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership service center. Kudos to Jason and Thunder Chrysler!!

I took our 2015 Jeep to Thunder on Wednesday. I requested an oil change, tire rotation, wipers, and engine check light diagnoses. We found out the light was the thermostat, so I added a radiator flush also. Then I added a through cleaning, please. They gave me a ride home, then on Thursday I got a call saying the part had just come in so the job would not be complete until Friday. I was fine with that. Later Thursday evening I received a call saying the gentleman doing the radiator and thermostat work was going to stay and complete it on Thursday and would Friday morning be ok to pick me up to get my Jeep. Hubby is so happy, he worries so much, lol. He checked the oil, wow, it is clean! and the tires look great, and....... on and on.. Thunder did a great job! Thank you Tony and team.. Pleasing my husband is not easy, but a WOW... well you earned it thank you.

Thunder is excellent! My husband bought a Grand Cherokee from Craig Smith. When we drove it home I was so excited and loved it so much. So much so, I called Craig about 2 weeks later and went in and bought a Grand Cherokee for myself. I looked online and located the Grand Cherokee and hooked up wirh Craig. Craig brought in around, drove it and lovd it. Tommy Thompson put my side rails on for me. What a great experience! Thank you Thunder, Craig and Tommy for your outstanding sales team. What an amazing experience buying our son's first vehicle at Thunder Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Bartow. Our sales consultant Tim Lacey made the whole experience so smooth and easy. THANK YOU EDWIN IN SERVICE Edwin worked so hard to help me with a tire warranty issue. Purchased the tires at Thunder, a few months later a bad tire (it happens!) , of course warranty company (third party)didn't want to honor the warranty. Edwin worked hard to get the tire covered, ordered and installed all around my crazy work schedule. Edwin wasn't gonna make a ton of $$$ off my service, but still took the time to make sure I was well taken care of, kind and courteous through the whole ordeal! That's character in SERVICE

I just purchased a Jeep from Thunder Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and I cannot recommend them enough. The entire experience was fantastic. Craig was professional and on point with everything. Everything was upfront from the start, and the deal they offered blew everyone else out of the water. The icing on the cake was the convenience; we were able to sign all the paperwork virtually without ever leaving our house. To top it off, they delivered the vehicle to us over two hours away! If you live anywhere near these guys, you won't find a better place to buy a car. The staff is professional and the deals are incredible. I have been in the automotive industry for 25 years, and I can honestly say this dealership is one of the greats. Don’t pass them by. Ask for Craig.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Mr Tim Lacey, on two occasions over the last six months. Tim is a professional with complete knowledge of the product. I feel like he made the best deal for myself as well as the dealership. I would recommend him and Thunder to anyone. Give them a try. Buying a vehicle is a pain to most people, but these guys make it as pleasurable as possible.

The customer service in this dealership is outstanding! We went in to buy a fuse for our 2021 Ram truck to work our trailer lights. When we were trying to leave, our truck would not start. Arsenio Quintero, the service manager, spent quite awhile trying to find the problem. He solved it and told us to have a safe trip. We will remember this dealership when looking for another vehicle.
