Worst service department I have ever encountered. They are a total scam. They also treat your car like waste, they keep your car 3 weeks with no updates on what they are doing and returned back to you extremely dirty inside and out, with the same mechanical issue. Manager does not care either. I hope no one else gets an experienced like mine.

Watch your numbers and what you are offered!!!!! I’ve purchased a lot of new vehicles in my lifetime and have encountered just about every scenario possible. These guys put together numbers for me on a new Jeep with my trade. Got the rebates that I “qualified for” and offered a 1k discount for trading in and 1k discount for financing with them. Every time I spoke about using my credit union they got defensive. When we got the numbers from their lenders I decided it didn’t work for me and I wanted to use my lender. So then my price should increase by the 1k discount I no longer receive, fully understood that. Nope! They said they will not do the deal unless I finance with them and if I want to use my own lender it’s going to be 5k additional. All of a sudden I don’t qualify for some of the “rebates”…….. very distasteful and not up front…. Their 1k discount for finance is a bait and switch technique. Buyers beware.

I’ve purchased multiple Jeeps and referred 2 other people that spent between $60K-$100K each. As you could expect, their prices are good and sales associates are great. Unfortunately their service department is the absolute worst. I do have lifetime oil changes and my Jeep is still under warranty, but I will not be taking it back to Thunder. Missing bolts seems to be a repetitive pattern. I also still have an oil leak that was “fixed” multiple times, but after taking it to an actual mechanic, they were able to say “here’s your issue right here” in about 45 seconds. I don’t expect them to be perfect, however when there’s missing bolts and my family’s safety is at risk, that’s unacceptable.

My dad went in for an oil change at 9 AM came out five hours later and on top of that he got his tires rotated on his way home driving down the highway. He realize that both back tires were so loose and wobbly, and wasn’t even drivable and lost, a couple of his Lugnuts to his tires had to drive back to the dealership with wobbly tires for them to fix again they should’ve done it right the first time and now they ordered him some Lugnuts as well because they got lost Obviously, the mechanic who did the service did not know what they were doing and it doesn’t take five hours to do an oil change and a tire rotation worst service ever!

Scammers!!! I do not recommend this service department. I took my Chrysler Pacifica recently to be repaired due to air condition not blowing cold. They kept my vehicle for 7 days- no return phone calls or emails on status of diagnosis. My husband had to go up there to find out about our vehicle. They told him the compressor was leaking and told us it needed to be replaced. Then told us the part was on back order and they do not know when they could get the part to fix my vehicle. Oh but they would charge me 3,300 for repair but not sure when So I made calls that evening to find a place to take my vehicle that had access to that part. I went to pick up my vehicle and waiting 30-40 mins for them to scramble to find my keys and diagnosis. All in all, I took it to another place where they found out my compressor was fine no leak! It was actually overloaded with Freon that told me they did not even check my compressor. It was my blend door motor that could be heard from passenger side inside my vehicle. Same sound I questioned at prior service here in which they told me it was a security feature. This place lied and scammed me out of $300 to misdiagnose my vehicle. Save yourself some money and time - they kept my vehicle for one week with nothing accomplished but pocketed my $300. They do not communicate and they are very disorganized.

My 2019 Ram 1500 Wi-Fi Hotspot stop working thus I called AT&T to find out what was happening since I have prepaid the service a year in advance. I was asked to take the vehicle to a dealership and ask for a firmware update on my system for the service to be reestablished. I took my vehicle to Thunder Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service department and explained the issue. The service advisor didn’t know what I was talking about; however, the only thing he said at that time was how much will cost me to have my vehicle check and how much will cost me to install the latest software; after a while the service advisor came to me and told me they could not check my vehicle and I was supposed to make an appointment to drop my vehicle for 48-72 hours to be place in a list of vehicles to be check. I left without making any appointment because what they were asking me was nonsense. I immediately drove to Lakeland Dodge Jeep Ram service department; I explained the issue and 45 minutes later I left the dealership with the latest software installed in my system free of charge. I do NOT recommend Thunder Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service department at all, at least the two service advisors I spoke to showed lack of knowledge and professionalism while dealing with customers. I highly recommend Lakeland Dodge Jeep Ram service department. The difference between these two dealerships is palpable, Lakeland’s service department is way superior, and its service advisors show a genuine concern for its customers.

Worse shop I have ever dealt with, my 2021Dodge Ram Limited with 53,000 miles and it has been in there for 9 days with an engine code that said it had an Throttle Body issue. After 5 days they say it might have sheared a CAM Pin, today 9 days later they still have done nothing!!! So I just told them to put the parts in a box (if they have done anything) and I will have it towed to another dodge dealer. My plan was to trade in this year and will pass on Ram trucks due to service. I can't wait to get survey from the Maufacture. I got it back Friday and now have to take to Lakeland Dodge because for 9 days they did nothing.

I recently took my car to Thunder Dodge for service, and my experience was nothing short of terrible. A couple of weeks after the service, I started hearing strange noises while driving. Upon inspection, I discovered that two bolts connecting my caliper to the caliper bracket were missing. This is an egregious oversight and shows a complete lack of attention to detail and safety. I immediately called Thunder Dodge to complain, but nothing was done. The staff, predictably, took up for each other and offered no resolution. Frustrated, I escalated the matter to Dodge Corporate, who thankfully opened a case to investigate. I’ve sent them pictures of the issue and am waiting to see what happens. I give Thunder Dodge a 100% bad review for their incompetence and poor customer service. Anthony, the advisor I dealt with, was particularly unprofessional and dishonest. He deserves a 100% bad review as well. If you must go to Thunder Dodge, do yourself a favor and request a different advisor. Save yourself the headache and avoid Thunder Dodge at all costs.

WARNING - This dealership's actions amounted to an attempt to defraud me of over $3,000, claiming rodent damage to my gas tank wiring. Despite my professional credentials in pest management, I couldn't identify the alleged damage, and the photos they provided turned out to be fake.

Horrible! Bought a car from them. Trade in my old car. 14 days later getting calls from the salesman saying bank needs you to call them they have questions about your employment. You mean 3 paystubs I gave you and other info I gave you 2 weeks ago when I SIGNED THE CONTRACT. Wasn't good enough. And they still haven't paid off my trade in. I would never send anyone here. Worst dealer I ever worked with!

I took my vehicle to be serviced at the dealership. It was for oil change, tire rotation and diagnosing another non-essential issue. When I left my car I was given no information. The gentleman who checked me in was writing my information on the corner of a calendar which should have been my first clue in that this was not going to go well but I figured this systems were down and they would just put the information in when they got them back up. After not hearing anything all day about my vehicle and when I called I was told that the service desk was closed and they didn't know the status of my vehicle. Nowhere did I agree to weave my vehicle overnight, especially when it wasn't going to be just overnight as it was a Saturday and they weren't going to get to it until Monday. It took an hour for them to get a hold of anybody to figure out what was going on and the whole time they're leaving the poor sales manager Bob to deal with their mess . Then they said on Monday that they're currently running two to five business days to have a car diagnosed. That's not even having it completely done. Then one person tells us that the oil change and tire rotation was done and then we call and check with the manager. And no it hasn't even though they had the vehicle all day Saturday. Over the phone the manager appeared to want to speak with us and possibly give an apology for the situation that we went through but pretty much just said it is what it is and review what you want. I understand he's a brand new manager but apologies do go a long way and would have at least made me give a second thought to taking my business elsewhere but after getting absolutely nothing and having to chase them down and get the run around the whole time while keeping my car for 3 days. I will definitely never be returning nor buying vehicles from this dealership again.

Scheduled an appointment for Friday, 1/19, and contacted representative Luis Peña to inquire about the estimated duration of the repair. He mentioned that diagnostics could take 1-3 days as they needed to replicate the issue to address it. Subsequently, I rescheduled the appointment for Monday at 8:30 am. Upon taking the vehicle to the dealership, Luis identified a common issue with the fuel pump. After three days passed without any communication (Wednesday), persistent efforts on Thursday led to a conversation with Roger. He informed me that Luis was off duty and he was now overseeing the vehicle. The technician identified the fuel pump issue, but confirmation for proceeding with the repair was pending. After providing the go-ahead, I awaited a call that never came. Upon inquiry, I was informed that the issue couldn't be resolved. Roger called on Friday around noon, explaining that there was an issue with the part in stock, and he promised an update. When I followed up for an update, Roger mentioned they were attempting to order the part or source it from another dealer to complete the job by the end of the day (it was 4 pm, and they closed at 6 pm). Despite repeated calls, my attempts were ignored. On Saturday morning (10 am), I contacted Amber, the representative, narrating the entire week's ordeal. She informed me that Luis, Roger, and the mechanic were all unavailable and assured me of an update by Monday before 2 pm. Frustratingly, she conveyed that they were unable to take any immediate action and denied a loaner vehicle, stating that such provisions were reserved for warranty holders. On 1/29 at 9:30 am, I managed to reach Luis, who apologized for being sick. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the overall customer experience, highlighting the lack of communication, unresponsiveness, and multiple failed callbacks. Emphasizing the urgency of needing my only mode of transportation, I also voiced my distrust in their system due to recurring stock issues with defective parts. In response, Luis offered a discount on the repair cost and arranged for a ride to pick me up from home and take me to the dealership.

Attempted to purchase car, could not work out the numbers to suit my needs and walked away. They had already registered the vehicle in my name and presented a plate. I am now getting letters from FLHSMV that my driving privilages could be suspended due to not providing insurance on a vehicle I have never purchased. They refuse to return calls about this and have done nothing to fix it. Probably great if you buy, but will put you in a bad spot if you decide not to purchase - another way to high pressure sale you!
