I have referred multiple people to this dealership as they are always for the customer. Recently Craig Smith was helping me secure a deal for my cousin who is active duty USMC and out of state. The vehicle of choice was being sent to auction and Craig and his team made the deal work despite the auction team having the trucks ready to leave! 10/10 service and I would recommend anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. 100% transparency and honesty has always taken place when business was done here. Easy to contact and always available, it is more than a dealership, but rather a family.

Working with Craig Smith and the others at Thunder Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was a wonderful experience! We spent many hours at other dealers in the area just to get the run around by adding fake fees or them getting upset and abandoning us when we questioned them. Craig was very honest, open, and transparent with all the numbers. We have never worked with anyone who took the time to listen and make purchase process fast and easy. I’ve had many cars and gone through many dealerships and none have compared to this. Everyone was so exceptional and the customer service was truly unmatched. Jim was great, Taff was great, Noah, Wes and Stephanie, amazing. I’m still shocked at how easy they made the car buying process and how kind they were. They might be in the business to sell a product, but they genuinely care about the experience and making sure you’re happy with everything. Bought a 2024 Jeep rubicon today. Jim was my salesman and he was very professional and easy to work with. If you don’t want to pay all them dealer mark ups and 3k Gettle experience then Thunder Jeep is the place to go!

Bought our new, to us, Ram 3500 from Thunder a couple weeks ago with the help of Jaxson. Great truck so far. This is our second vehicle from Thunder and they also do most of our maintenance.
