Absolutely a great experience purchasing a preowned Jeep out of town completely through text sales in less than a couple of hours. My sales guy Josh Dueno made the process easy and stress free. The sale and trade-in process was completely painless. The pickup, test-drive and wrap-up went smooth. I am out of town but I would shop here again just to avoid the headaches at the local dealers.

Tim was very professional and helpful in all matters, the environment was friendly the manager was patient dedicated in the process and they had a really good variety in inventory!

Wanted to update my review. Matt is awesome. Sent my car up for an issue from a new set of tires I got here in Parrish. Matt looked at it for me and without asking took car of a recall issue. I have been so impressed with this place with buying cars and having them serviced. Matt has helped me on all 3 of my cars at different times and is always on time, communicates well and they do a good job. Appreciate you guys! These guys are awesome. I have bought 2 cars here recently and they were straight forward / no bull. Today I popped in for an issue with my key fob, fixed it no charge and I was out in 5 mins. Love the service here.

I recently needed to get my Jeep Sahara serviced. I received excellent service from start to finish. Maria in their service department is wonderful. I am a stickler for great customer service and Maria delivered. She is a real asset to the company. I will continue to purchase my vehicles at Thunder because of the great after care.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Thunder Chrysler, Doge, Jeep, Ram. We tend to keep cars a long time trying to avoid the car sales drama but this experience has changed my mind! They were amazing to work with after a terrible experience with our local Jeep Dealer. They were up front about all the costs for the Jeep, provided us with a written estimate before we drove out there (about 90 min from us) had everything ready to go when we arrived and even found an additional 250 savings from our quoted price! Our salesman Brian Fishbum was awesome! I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new car you shop with this dealer! We will certainly be back!

Phoenix and Billy & Staff were hands down one of the BEST dealerships I have worked with. (Outside the dealership that sold me the jeep in AL, Much love fam :D ). I came in with my rear axel sensor going off, they trouble shooted it..thought we fixed it. But then it really needed to be repaired. They replaced the entire axel, and then some. I had them rotate my tires and take care of my breaks as well. They were very responsive and communicated effectively. I highly recommend! 5 STARS. I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience with Thunder Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram following my recent Jeep purchase. I purchased my first Jeep, a beautiful two-door Jeep Wrangler JK, and my initial interaction was through an online inquiry. Craig Smith responded promptly and provided me with all the necessary information about the vehicle. The very next day, I visited the dealership to finalize the purchase, which was an easy and pressure-free experience. A couple of months later, I encountered some issues with the AC and other components. Despite the long commute travel to Bartow, FL, I chose to return to the dealership where I purchased my vehicle because I felt comfortable dealing with them. I'm happy to report that I left the service department satisfied with the repairs. I did encounter a few hiccups during the process, but the Service Director, Hannah, made my visit pleasant and accommodating. Additionally, Billy, despite his busy schedule, went above and beyond to ensure my engine service lights and seatbelt lights were addressed. Great dealership, very clean and everyone there is courteous especially my salesman Brian Fishburn who took his time to find me the perfect vehicle. Finance was a breeze and got me out of there and into my jeep quickly. I would highly recommend this dealership for everyone.

A great overall experience at Thunder CDJR! My son bought a 3500 Ram on 6-15-24 and the process was smooth, transparent, fair, no games. Great pricing. Such a great process that I decided to trade my 2009 Ram for something newer and leased a 2024 Ram 1500 on 7-15-24. I called and discussed what I wanted, made an appointment and about 2 hours later everything was completed, from test driving to driving off the lot. Go see them if you're in the market. I had shopped other local dealers, pricing and their pricing games drove me away. Our sales representative was Keith Williams, he was outstanding!

We came down to take the family to DisneyWorld and broke down after. We had it towed to a different dealership and they were trying to sell us overpriced batteries and for diagnostic that they didn't do. So, we towed it to Thunder and they were fast and reasonable on their prices. If we lived in this area, I would only deal with them. Special thanks to Angel, he did more for us than I have seen anyone at a dealership do.
