Would like to commend you for hiring such honest employees. I was at the dealer's service department last Friday to have service on my jeep and I was thrilled with the terrific service and communication there. It’s hard to find this anymore these days. Great dealership to go to if they have the vehicle you’re looking for. Very friendly and customer focused. I was coming in from out of town, but they made the whole process really easy. I’ve had an exceptional experience at Thunder and would recommend this dealership.

After searching for weeks to find my “unicorn” of a Jeep Wrangler ( 2022 unlimited high altitude with very specific features) , I came across Thunder Chrysler. When I originally reached out, Brian let me know their was a hold on the vehicle , but would let me know if anything changed. Lucky for me, the hold fell through and Brian called me first thing the next morning and within about an hour had my trade, financing , and all the details on the vehicles worked out! Since I am located over 400 miles away from the dealership , Brian sent multiple videos, answered all my questions and coordinating my delivery. The delivery driver Harold AKA Slim was great!! Slim coordinated his eta multiple times , reviewed all my paperwork to sign, and made sure my tank so it was full on delivery. I highly recommend doing business with Thunder CDJR regardless of where you live! Thank you Brian for making my buying experience so easy!!! Side note : I love my new Jeep!!!

First time at this facility. Everyone was nice and helpful. Went there for a oil change, they were able to get me right in with no problem and it even didn't take long. Will definitely go back there. It's new, nice and clean!

Another great service visit to Thunder. Took a little longer than normal due to some techs being out but they communicated well and got it done. Thanks guys. We'll see you again soon.

Been living in Florida since April 2021. I own a Ram 1500 pickup. Since I’m from PA I’m used to state inspections to know that my vehicle is safe and sound. Dalton in express had one of his techs perform a multi point inspection. He thoroughly reviewed the inspection report with me and basically told me my vehicle was looking good. I was ready to pay and was shocked that it was a complimentary multipoint inspection. One thing is for sure I will be using Thunder for service. They could easily have told me there was problems with my vehicle to make money off of me. While I was there waiting any staff that walked by greeted me as well. I’m impressed and thankful I finally was able to get in there with my busy schedule.

Luis in service was amazing. Looked for best tire deal and made sure I was aware of all promotions. All my work was done correctly. Thanks for all your help

Amazing Experience!! I got a really good deal for my trade and ended up closing the deal for a Wrangler. Sales Rep Brian was very patient and understanding. I did not feel pushed but rather being taken care of. Overall Experience was great!

The car buying experience through Thunder was not bad at all. They are not as pushy as a lot of the other dealerships that I have visited and I appreciate that. The new facility is fantastic and very accommodating for any waits you may encounter while your vehicle is serviced. Hats off to the Thunder Team 💪🏻

It had taken awhile. I was happy to find what I like

I had an oil change and tires rotated. Also has multi point inspection. About 2 hours after I left, my battery died. Jumped it and had tested and had to be replaced. Thought the multi point should check battery but maybe not. Otherwise all was fine.

Bought a 2019 tacoma from you guys a few month's back and it's had a couple oil leak issues. But I want to say thank you to Craig who sold it to me and the service department for making amends and getting it fixed. I really love the truck and hope to have no further issues

Sticker/Decal on windshield was left on from the time before and the new sticker was flopped over almost falling off. I’m just hoping that whatever was done underneath wasn’t as sloppy. Other than that, everything else was great.

Well for starters they left the caps of one off my wheels and we could have gotten into and accident, but also luis peña send someone to help we had to wait so they can tite the wheels so we can go home we were like 15 min away thanks to luis

Overall great service, except the technican left residual oil dripping from my truck after oil change. Nothing major
