Service was on time and no additional waiting. I was surprised they didn't run it through the wash but again a wash isn't important. Personnel were good and attentive and always kept you informed.

Great experience at Thunder, our salesman Kevin was so personable without being pushy. Negotiation was fair & they were very patient with our questions. When it came time to finalize Bob was great, he explained every detail before we signed. Options that were offered were never pushed, just offered. Overall we couldn’t have asked for more, very friendly atmosphere. Jose in the service department is great to work with as well!

I have been absolutely impressed with the team at Thunder, from the young man who greeted me to Luis. From my first visit on Luis has always explained what was going on. My check engine light came on so I took it in & right away they were able to tell me what was happening and worked on fixing it. I have been to plenty of other dealerships & none of them can compare to Thunder, they take really good care of their customers from having drinks- snacks- they even have a playroom for your kids. They offer to take you home if needed & do everything they can to accommodate your needs and schedule. In times like we live in today it’s appreciated & amazing to have good , honest people who take care of their customers!!!!!
