Wow, wow, wow! We were traveling and I had major engine concerns with my Jeep Rubicon. I called late just before closing to see if they could get me in the next day because we were on vacation. They squeezed me in and took care of us. I truly felt like I was part of their family. So incredibly nice including Jose, Denisa and the Service Manager. We laughed, joked and it all made me relax knowing I was in good hands. My Advisor, Jose Morales was awesome. He even recommended a place for dinner (Andy's Igloo) which we ended up going to and loved it. Absolutely delicious food and the ice cream OMG! Seriously, I wish that this Jeep dealership was close to me. I have not received the best service at my local dealer. Thunder Jeep definitely set the bar.

Best car buying experience! Vince Fernandez was my sales person, not only did he answer every question and concern I threw at him, he delivered to my house which made it so convenient..
