Staff and especially service department treats you like a family member

10/10 recommend this place ! Mark and the whole team went above and beyond every step of the process. We came here from another dealership because of a much better deal on 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. From the first call to see if it was still available to having it washed and ready to test drive when we arrived to closing the deal, it was the smoothest dealership experience we’ve ever had! We are so glad we came to Thunder and we will send all of our family/friends here for future purchases!

Service was a recall and the service was outstanding. Prior attempt was with a Lakeland dealer and was very poor. Part was ordered and delivered on time and service was completed while we went to lunch. Thunder provided a courtesy car and driver was most cordial and entertaining. It was our first visit and was impressed with their service and professionalism. When we are looking for another vehicle they will be our first stop!

Great staff and efficient work

The process of purchasing a new vehicle is always stressful for me. I hate the thrust and perry of negotiating a deal so I usually drive my vehicle into the ground before trading it off. This time I had a 4 year old Challenger with low mileage in perfect condition but life changed and I needed a truck. I was not happy with local dealerships and remembered that I had driven past Thunder Chrysler several times over the years, so I searched their website. I found a couple trucks that looked interesting and submitted my interest. I received a phone call in minutes and made an appointment to see them the next day. Brian Fishburn called a few minutes later and introduced himself that he would be my salesman. My wife and I drove over an hour for my appointment knowing that I would go home disappointed again. Brian did his homework and was ready when I got there. Brian showed the vehicles I inquired about but they were not quite what we envisioned. He listen to our needs and introduced me to a couple more trucks. Before I knew it, we centered on a truck that we liked. Now what do we do? My Challenger was appraised and I was offered top dollar for it. No one dissed the Sublime Green color like another dealership did trying to convince me that my Challenger would be hard to resell. The truck we selected was what we were looking for and within our means. Let’s do this. Bob VandeSande walked us through the reams of signatures with a video display on his desk. That was pretty cool. Before we knew it, we were coming home in a new truck. I am so glad that I made the effort to check out Thunder Chrysler. It will be a while before I drive this beast into the ground but I will take it back when it is time to trade it in.
