I've purchased 2 vehicles from Thunder and they were exceptional from start to finish. I recently took my Gladiator in for service using the express lane. The service department is no less than the sales side of the house. Exceptional!

Visited other area Ram dealers and Thunder made the difference! Our second purchase at a great dealership.

My sales guy Brian Fishburn was up front and super easy to deal with and the finance guy, Bob worked really hard to get me the best deal. It was a really great experience & I would highly recommend this dealership!

Thunder Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Bartow has, once again, given me 5 star treatment. Today, my service rock star was Yelari Romero. A problem came up while there & she & the service manager took care to help me completely, leaving me feeling, as a customer, very much appreciated for bringing my business there. I left there feeling quite blessed. They all are the epitomy of excellency in service. They are never without friendly smiles & eagerness to assist! Here, I give them 5 stars, but I also give them a rating of 10 out of 10!!!
