From the start working with Tim and Mark was great. They were transparent and honest about pricing and made everything smooth in the transaction. I knew that my previous Jeep experience with that “BIG Jeep dealer” in Tampa was HORRIBLE. BUT THEN I found Thunder Jeep and they showed professionalism and made it clear why THUNDER JEEP is growing like crazy! Why? Because they do it right! If you are in within 250 miles from this dealership do yourself the favor and make the trip if you are in the market for a truck or car. The staff is friendly, honest and will move mountains to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Ask for TODD the guy is a straight shooter and extremely patient. The full cycle of the buying experience was great from sales to manager to accessories to finance all were A1. Highly recommend.

Great service and great value

Amazing experience. Came to Thunder CDJR from Bradenton to look at a vehicle and was able to leave with it same day. The team at Thunder was exceptional to work with. I worked with Michale and Tim in sales and Bob in finance. I was anxious that I'd be rustling some feathers by showing up with my own financing but they gave me a great deal on my trade with absolutely no haggling needed and then gladly accepted my provided financing without any pressure to reconsider and use their financing. Very happy with the purchase. 5 stars all around. The only complaint I have is that the vehicle was sold to me without a driver's floor mat and with two cracks in the windshield. These are things I should've noticed myself prior to signing but I was too excited to do a walk-around. I don't think they were deliberately concealed by the dealer but if you take in a trade with a cracked windshield, it's good practice to replace that windshield before listing the vehicle for sale. This is a dealership not a buy here, pay here. Still 5 stars because I didn't catch these things myself.

Excellent sales team, everyone was polite and professional. Correspondence prior to our trip over to Bartow from Tampa was quick and responsive. All of our questions and concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. Not one associate was pushy to make a sale. We bought 2 Jeeps and the team was able to make a deal that worked for our needs and situation. Would certainly recommend to a friend or family member.

They where very polite and helpful. They fixed my truck's sos issue. Arsenic and Rodrick made me feel very comfortable. All my service will be done at thunder ram from this point forward.

Me and my wife are expecting a baby and we needed a baby friendly car ! We were treated awesome at Thunder Chrysler with the help of Noah . I came in to Thunder Dodge with the intention of getting my oil changed and having my tires rotated. I expected and allotted 2 hours for this service since I didn’t have an appointment. I was in and out in an hour and 10 minutes. Jerry was super friendly and accommodating. Once again my experience at Thunder Dodge was excellent and surpassed expectations.

Jerry kept me informed and up to date as I waited for the service to be complete. Excellent accommodations in the waiting area. I took my laptop and worked at a desk that was available. The business area is setup great with everything you need including Wi-Fi.

I always feel like family when I see them every 6000 miles :) I’m treated with courtesy, timely service, and the occasional complimentary car wash after my oil change. Which is greatly appreciated.
