After researching and looking for the vehicle I wanted, I visited Thunder to test drive a couple of the Jeeps that I was interested in. Robert was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicles and allowed me to make a decision without any pressure just valuable information and options. I took my time and there was zero pressure. When I returned a few days later after making my decision we tested the Jeep one more time. I was over the moon with my decision. I worked with Robert and then Randi to select what accessories I would like to add. Again it was a pleasant and non pressured time working with Randi. Once that was done, I was with Bob in finance. He was very professional and explained what my additional options and financial options were. From getting a better interest rate and no pressure to put all add-ons that I was not interested in. When it came to the delivery and review, along with Robert, Mark joined us to explain all the functionality in the Jeep and how to remove the top and safely secure it. He also suggested ways to take great care of the top when removed. He spoke with me with respect and never once spoke to me like a “little lady” or patronizing. I say all of this because other dealerships I had visited DID speak to me like that and pressured me to the point of aggravation and disrespect to me. I will always recommend Thunder to anybody who is interested in a vehicle!! Every staff member I encountered was pleasant, respectful and helpful!! Thank you Robert Maxwell and all of the team for giving me a great experience and for getting me my “Tonka” in my driveway!!!
