Very good service. Quick oil change and tire rotation. Maybe 45 minutes total. Price was very reasonable.

Best experience ever. We’ve tried multiple other dealers in the area (Winter Haven, Lake Wales). And will be driving 30 extra minutes to go to Thunder going forward. Jason was fantastic in the service department. Friendly and happy. Very understanding and legitimately wanted to help.Arsenio, the Service Manager, was just as fantastic. Extremely nice and never once made us feel unwanted or that we were a bother. Immediately came out to talk to us about the situation we were having with our vehicle that the other dealer caused and refused to fix. Both Jason and Arsenio followed up with us daily, if not multiple times on the two visits we had. It was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend them to everybody.

Loved how the dealership has a family room to keep my 3 year old entertained while we waited for our oil change. Also, offered complimentary snacks for the longer waiting times.

I had an appointment for a regular service and a recall on my vehicle. I was greeted at my vehicle when I arrived and then taken inside to meet my service advisor. I watched my vehicle be taken for the services and returned to me about an hour later. Everybody was nice and professional and in my opinion, the service was done promptly and in good time. Thank you.
